If the plan has delegated its compliance monitoring to PlanConnectSM, are there any changes in how we process a transaction?

You should not process withdrawal transactions (e.g., loan, hardship withdrawal, unforeseeable emergency withdrawal, in-service withdrawal, plan-to-plan transfer, exchange, rollover, etc.) until you receive a PlanConnect® “Certificate of Approval” for that specific client and transaction.
