
Investment Provider FAQs |
PlanConnect® requires that investment providers submit participant information (e.g. Social Security number, name, account value, loan, and hardship withdrawal details) monthly. The recommended format for this data is defined by the Society of Professional Asset-Managers and Record Keepers (SPARK). We currently support up to version 1.04 of SPARK’s “Best Practices for 403(b) and Related Retirement Plans Information Sharing.” Detailed information on implementation requirements are in the Investment Provider Implementation Guide.
